Arrowthegreat: Son of Arrogate Won Handily By 3, Keep On Eye On Him

Three year old gelding for Dan Blacker made his 4th career start at a mile on the main Sunday for maiden special weights 3 and up. Off at 5/2 in a field of 9, this son of Arrogate went right to the lead from the five hole under Victor Espinoza and made every pole a winning one carving out fractions of 22.56 and 46.25 for the half. He was one in front down the back side, two at the 1/8 pole and won handily by three at the wire. He was cut out to be a nice horse and now that they have found his hole card, up the ladder for this Keeneland yearling purchase.
