Kingfish Stevens: Blinkers On Could Move Him Forward

Made his local debut after three starts in Florida and received a tracking trip up the backstretch. He loomed a bold threat on the far outside entering the stretch and was lightly-bumped as well. Jock had to hold him in the stretch as he kept trying to lug in and the jock just basically took a hold of him from the 1/8th pole to the wire. We may seen the blinkers go on next time out and if so, he could move forward.
