Didn’t have much chance in this affair as he was caught in the five-path up the backstretch behind a dawdling pace. The gelding was spinning his wheels around the far turn and this race might just be a tossout. Look for a stronger pace in his next start along with a more ground-saving trip and he could be a late threat.
