Mr. Swagger: Did Well Moving Up The Ladder But Missed on Slower Inside Rail

Was asked a tough question for start #2 as he moved to a Stakes and was a first time router. However, he didn’t embarrass himself. He settled in midpack early and made a middle move just before the turn to be within striking range along the rail. The jock had a chance to move to the faster outside entering the stretch, but he stayed on the inside and couldn’t match strides late.
