Zeebear: Good Learning Experience Proving Debut Win Was Not a Fluke

Led throughout in his debut, but was outrun for the early lead in start #2. He kept dropping back up the backstretch and went to the back of the pack around the turn. The jock didn’t seem too confident in him entering the stretch, but as he started to catch the others he really turned it on late to finish 3rd. If anything, this was a learning experience and he proved his big debut win was not a fluke.

Generally horses that are on the Horses To Watch list ran into unexpected trouble, bad luck, and/or didn’t run the race we believe Zeebear was cabable of.  We expected that if Zeebear gets a good trip in their next start than we should see an improvement in Zeebear performance figures.  Use the performance figures earned in Zeebear last race (listed above) and compare them to the field and pars of Zeebear next start.  If Zeebear appears to have earned higher performance figures in the last race when running into trouble  as compared to the rest of the field’s expected perfomance in the upcoming race than there is a good chance that Zeebear will dominate the race.
