Tempermental: Steadied at The Turn Behind Wall Horses But Rallied Well

Raced along the rail up the backstretch while sitting behind the two frontrunners. She had to steady entering the turn and was behind a wall of horses entering the stretch. The jock moved her to the outside and she rallied well, but the winner got the jump on her entering the stretch and clear sailing likely would have made her a winner.

Generally horses that are on the Horses To Watch list ran into unexpected trouble, bad luck, and/or didn’t run the race we believe Tempermental was cabable of.  We expected that if Tempermental gets a good trip in their next start than we should see an improvement in Tempermental performance figures.  Use the performance figures earned in Tempermental last race (listed above) and compare them to the field and pars of Tempermental next start.  If Tempermental appears to have earned higher performance figures in the last race when running into trouble  as compared to the rest of the field’s expected perfomance in the upcoming race than there is a good chance that Tempermental will dominate the race.
