Sea Dancer: Could Maintain Wagering Value After This Win by Four

Three year old filly for Tim Yakteen tried the 1st allowance condition on Sunday in the finale at a mile on the turf for sophomore fillies. Off at 6/1 in a field of 9, she broke OK under Kimura and was 4th into and out of the clubhouse turn. She stayed in that position until the 3/8 pole, hooked to the outside, and with a quick turn of foot had the lead at the top of the lane. She widened down the stretch and won off by four in a scintillating performance. The water gets deeper now as she will probably have to face older, but this was a visually strong race and she just may be up to the task. And she should maintain could wagering value.
