Rascality: Easily Beat A Good Field Of Runners Here

Three year old filly for Richard Mandella, who had not been to the post since September, tried the turf for the first time in her 3rd career start Sunday in a maiden special weight event at ¾ on the lawn. Off at 5/1 in this field of 9, she was 5/2 on the far turn, as the Computer Wagering Accounts kicked in late as they always do. She broke well, was third early, but got the lead by the half mile pole under Berrios. She quickened at the ¼ pole to open up, then cruised on home under a hand ride to win by four and a half at the wire. She beat a good field of runners here and did it very easily. This daughter of the great sire Into Mischief can go long as well.

Generally horses that are on the Horses To Watch list ran into unexpected trouble, bad luck, and/or didn’t run the race we believe Rascality was cabable of.  We expected that if Rascality gets a good trip in their next start than we should see an improvement in Rascality performance figures.  Use the performance figures earned in Rascality last race (listed above) and compare them to the field and pars of Rascality next start.  If Rascality appears to have earned higher performance figures in the last race when running into trouble  as compared to the rest of the field’s expected perfomance in the upcoming race than there is a good chance that Rascality will dominate the race.

Helpful Tip:  So that it’s easy for you to compare a horse’s past performance, Today’s Racing Digest’s Performance Figures for upcoming races are based on how we expect the horse to perform in that race regardless of any changes in race conditions.  Learn More:
