Nang Singha: Impressive Win, Tab Right Back If Mullins Keeps Her In For a Tag

Four year old filly for Jeff Mullins, away from the races since June of 2022, surfaced in a $20,000 maiden claimer on Saturday at ¾ on the main for 3 and up. Off at 3/1 in a field of 8, she settled in nicely off the pace under Berrios, moved toward the lonely leader at the 3/8 pole, then pulled away from the field at the 1/8 pole to win going away by four at the wire. Mullins claimed this filly just about one year ago and since nobody claimed this daughter of Paynter, he will probably run this one back in a non winners of twice for a tag and try and get out on her. This was an impressive win today even though it was at the bottom of the claiming ranks for maidens. Tab right back if Mullins keeps her in for a tag.
