Long Mayshe Reign: Good Try With Cal Bred Allowance Still Available Soon Winner For Savvy Barn

Four year old filly for Mark Glatt added a new dimension to her game on Friday in a starter race for non winners twice or a $50,000 claim at ¾ on the turf. Off at 11/1 and pretty much a speedster throughout her career, she was taken back off the pace on Friday and rallied late to almost nab the victory. She was five back of the leaders down the back side under Ricky Gonzalez, rallied into the lane while looking for room on the fence, checked at the 1/8 pole, and then found a seam on the fence but missed by a length to a horse on the extreme outside. It was a good try by this filly who is a Cal bred and has the first Cal bred allowance available to her. She’s a soon winner for a very savvy barn,
