Tap It Up: Clean Break and Better Placing Can Improve

Made her first start in blinkers and is usually forwardly-placed. However, she was last early and that hasn’t been the place to be sprinting over this turf course. She did make up solid ground around the turn and did get up for 4th. A clean break and a better placing early could help her move forward in her next start.

Generally horses that are on the Horses To Watch list ran into unexpected trouble, bad luck, and/or didn’t run the race we believe Tap It Up was cabable of.  We expected that if Tap It Up gets a good trip in their next start than we should see an improvement in Tap It Up performance figures.  Use the performance figures earned in Tap It Up last race (listed above) and compare them to the field and pars of Tap It Up next start.  If Tap It Up appears to have earned higher performance figures in the last race when running into trouble  as compared to the rest of the field’s expected perfomance in the upcoming race than there is a good chance that Tap It Up will dominate the race.
