Mo Fox Givin: Look for Powell to Find a Winning Spot Soon

Two year old filly for Len Powell was used way too early in Friday’s opener, as she broke running from the six hole in the Qatar Golden Mile through fast fractions of 22.60 and 45.80 for the half. She put the other speed away turning for home, but had little left when it counted, and was beaten five at the wire. This daughter of Mo Town, who they only paid $2000 for, wants to sit back and make one run late as she did in her previous start. This was just her third career race and any filly that can win going long in their debut has lots of talent, plus she was taking on the boys today as well. She has the first allowance condition available and look for Powell to find a winning spot for her in the very near future.
