Man O Rose: Commanded Top of Lane to Pull Away and Win by 7

Four year old gelding for Jeff Mullins, whose last five races have been on the turf, tried the main track on Sunday in a 1st allowance condition sprint for Cal breds at six and a half furlongs. Off at 6/1 in a field of 9, he stalked the pace from the outside, took command at the top of the lane, and pulled away to win by 7 at the wire as easy as can be. He has now won this condition on both the main track and the turf and is ready for “open” company. This was his 3rd win in just 7 starts along with two seconds. He is in good hands with Mullins and definitely on the improve.
